The flour sifter was our own development. designed and build from us.
Wood
Most grain mills available on the market are made of wood. We think that this building material also fits very well with the grain and the philosophy. For this reason it was clear that the flour sifter also had to be made of wood.
Just sit down
It doesn't work entirely without plastic. The screen box support, for example, would be too complicated as a wooden part.
